Moss-Free Roof Limited Warranty

 

Power Clean Pro Services roof cleaning services include a limited warranty based on the package selected. 

​The warranty covers all existing moss, lichen, and algae contracted to be removed as well as any new growth developed after the initial date of cleaning. 

​

The warranty does NOT include deposits from trees, animal droppings, nests, or hives.

​

Warranty services may not be requested for the first 180 days after the initial cleaning as the growth on the roof may need time to die and fall off.

 

If a plan is purchased that includes a warranty period for up to 3 years, Power Clean Pro Services will reclean the affected areas at no expense to the customer up to 24 months preceding the initial cleaning. If the roof needs to be serviced between months 25-36, Power Clean Pro Services will offer its services at 50% of the original invoice price before discounts.

 

If a plan is purchased that includes a warranty period for up to 5 years, Power Clean Pro Services will reclean the affected areas at no expense to the customer up to 36 months preceding the initial cleaning. If the roof needs to be serviced between months 37-60, Power Clean Pro Services will offer its services at 50% of the original invoice price before discounts.

If Purchased Home Siding Cleaning Prior to 12/28/2021

Home Siding Soft Wash includes a limited warranty on the service.

 

The warranty covers all existing moss, lichen, and algae contracted to be removed as well as any new growth developed after the initial date of cleaning. 

 

The warranty does NOT include deposits from trees, plants, fire, smog, fall out from natural disasters, man-made objects, animal droppings, nests, or hives.

 

If existing growth persists or new growth occurs between 3 and 12 months from the initial date of cleaning, Power Clean Pro Services will reclean the affected areas at no expense to the customer.
