5 year Moss-Free Limited Warranty

This 5-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Power Clean Pro Services (“Company”) to the property owner (“Customer”) for roof cleaning services performed at the property address listed on the service invoice (“Property”). By engaging our services, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Coverage Period

1.1 This Warranty begins on the date the initial roof cleaning is completed (“Effective Date”) and remains in effect for sixty (60) months thereafter.
1.2 This Warranty applies only to the Property where the service was originally performed and is non-transferrable except as expressly stated in Section 5.


2. Initial Cleaning & Moss Dissolution

2.1 Customer acknowledges that moss remaining after the initial cleaning may require up to twelve (12) weeks to fully dissolve and detach through natural rainfall.
2.2 If moss remains on the roof surface after twelve (12) weeks, Company shall return to the Property, inspect the roof, and, if necessary, apply a secondary treatment at no additional charge to the Customer.


3. Warranty Coverage Against Moss Regrowth

3.1 Months 0–24: If moss regrowth appears within twenty-four (24) months from the Effective Date, Company will re-clean the affected area at no cost to Customer.
3.2 Months 25–60: If moss regrowth appears between month twenty-five (25) and month sixty (60) from the Effective Date, Company will re-clean the roof at fifty percent (50%) of the current standard rate.
3.3 Coverage is limited to re-cleaning of moss only and does not extend to any other conditions or damage.


4. Exclusions

This Warranty expressly excludes, without limitation:

  • Deposits or staining caused by trees, sap, pine needles, or other vegetation;

  • Animal droppings, nesting, hives, or other non-moss biological matter;

  • Algae, lichen, mildew, or other organic growth not classified as moss;

  • Any damage to the roof or structure not directly related to moss regrowth;

  • Conditions caused by improper maintenance, roof damage, or structural deficiencies outside Company’s control.


5. Transferability

5.1 This Warranty is attached to the Property address and remains valid if ownership is transferred.
5.2 The new homeowner must notify Company within ninety (90) days of property purchase to transfer the Warranty.
5.3 Company reserves the right to perform an inspection prior to transfer. Failure to notify within the required timeframe voids the Warranty.


6. Claim Procedure

6.1 To make a Warranty claim, Customer must notify Company by phone at (253) 655-7474 within thirty (30) days of discovery of moss regrowth.
6.2 Company will schedule an inspection within a reasonable timeframe to evaluate the claim.
6.3 Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited solely to re-cleaning as described in Section 3.


7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 This Warranty is the exclusive remedy for moss regrowth following roof cleaning.
7.2 Company expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7.3 Under no circumstances shall Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from roof cleaning services or moss regrowth.


8. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.


By accepting roof cleaning services from Power Clean Pro Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this 5-Year Limited Warranty.

90 Day clogg-free Limited Warranty

This 90-Day Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Power Clean Pro Services (“Company”) to the property owner (“Customer”) for gutter cleaning services performed at the property address listed on the service invoice (“Property”). By engaging our services, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Coverage Period

1.1 This Warranty begins on the date gutter cleaning services are completed (“Effective Date”) and remains in effect for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days thereafter.
1.2 This Warranty applies only to the Property where the service was originally performed.


2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Company warrants that all gutters and downspouts cleaned during the service will remain free-flowing for the duration of the Coverage Period.
2.2 If a clog occurs within the Coverage Period, Company will return to the Property and re-clean the affected gutter or downspout at no additional cost to the Customer.


3. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover, and Company shall not be responsible for, the following:

  • Blockages caused by new debris accumulation after service (e.g., falling leaves, pine needles, branches);

  • Damage to gutters, downspouts, or roofing unrelated to clogging (e.g., improper slope, leaks, separations, or structural issues);

  • Animal nests, hives, or other non-debris obstructions forming after service;

  • Underground drains, French drains, or extensions not serviced by Company;

  • Clogs or failures caused by severe weather events, natural disasters, or conditions outside Company’s control.


4. Claim Procedure

4.1 To make a Warranty claim, Customer must notify Company by phone at (253) 655-7474 within the Coverage Period.
4.2 Company will schedule an inspection and, if the claim is valid, perform a re-cleaning of the affected area at no charge.
4.3 Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited solely to re-cleaning as described in Section 2.


5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 This Warranty is the exclusive remedy for clogged gutters or downspouts within the Coverage Period.
5.2 Company expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.3 Under no circumstances shall Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from gutter cleaning services or clogging.


6. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.


By accepting gutter cleaning services from Power Clean Pro Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this 90-Day Clog-Free Warranty.

3 year Algae-Free Limited Warranty

This 3-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Power Clean Pro Services (“Company”) to the property owner (“Customer”) for siding soft washing services performed at the property address listed on the service invoice (“Property”). By engaging our services, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Coverage Period

1.1 This Warranty begins on the date the siding soft washing service is completed (“Effective Date”) and remains in effect for thirty-six (36) consecutive months thereafter.
1.2 This Warranty applies only to the siding areas cleaned during the original service and only at the Property where the service was originally performed.


2. Warranty Coverage Against Algae Regrowth

2.1 Months 0–24: If algae regrowth appears on the siding within twenty-four (24) months from the Effective Date, Company will re-clean the affected area at no cost to Customer.
2.2 Months 25–36: If algae regrowth appears between month twenty-five (25) and month thirty-six (36) from the Effective Date, Company will re-clean the affected area at fifty percent (50%) of the current standard rate.
2.3 Warranty coverage is limited solely to the treatment of algae regrowth and does not extend to dirt, mildew, mold, or other organic growths.


3. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover, and Company shall not be responsible for, the following:

  • Staining or discoloration caused by dirt, dust, rust, oxidation, or pollutants;

  • Organic growth other than algae (e.g., mildew, mold, lichen, moss);

  • Deposits from trees, sap, bird droppings, insect residue, or animal activity;

  • Damage to siding, paint, or structure unrelated to algae regrowth;

  • Any conditions caused by improper maintenance, sprinkler overspray, or environmental factors outside Company’s control.


4. Transferability

4.1 This Warranty is attached to the Property address and remains valid if ownership is transferred.

5.3 Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited solely to re-cleaning as described herein.


6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 This Warranty is the exclusive remedy for algae regrowth on siding following soft washing.
6.2 Company expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.3 Under no circumstances shall Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from siding soft washing services or algae regrowth.


7. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.


By accepting siding soft washing services from Power Clean Pro Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this 3-Year Algae-Free Warranty.

90 Day Spot Free Limited Warranty

This 90-Day Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Power Clean Pro Services (“Company”) to the property owner (“Customer”) for professional window washing services performed at the property address listed on the service invoice (“Property”). By engaging our services, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Coverage Period

1.1 This Warranty begins on the date the window washing service is completed (“Effective Date”) and remains in effect for ninety (90) consecutive calendar days thereafter.
1.2 This Warranty applies only to the windows cleaned during the original service and only at the Property where the service was performed.


2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Company warrants that all windows cleaned during the service will remain spot-free and streak-free under normal conditions for the duration of the Coverage Period.
2.2 If visible spotting, streaking, or film caused by improper cleaning technique reappears within the Coverage Period, Company will return to the Property and re-clean the affected window(s) at no additional cost to the Customer.


3. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover, and Company shall not be responsible for, the following:

  • New dirt, dust, pollen, or debris accumulation after service;

  • Water spots or streaks caused by rain, sprinklers, hard water, or sprinkler overspray;

  • Damage to glass, frames, seals, or caulking unrelated to Company’s cleaning;

  • Residue or marks caused by construction dust, paint overspray, or chemical exposure after service;

  • Animal activity (insects, birds, pets) or environmental factors outside Company’s control.


4. Claim Procedure

4.1 To make a Warranty claim, Customer must notify Company by phone at (253) 655-7474 within the Coverage Period.
4.2 Company will schedule an inspection and, if the claim is valid, perform a re-cleaning of the affected window(s) at no charge.
4.3 Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited solely to re-cleaning as described in Section 2.


5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 This Warranty is the exclusive remedy for window spotting or streaking following service.
5.2 Company expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.3 Under no circumstances shall Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from window washing services or subsequent spotting.


6. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.


 

By accepting window washing services from Power Clean Pro Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this 90-Day Spot-Free Warranty.
